Use Of Services
- You must provide accurate information while requesting demos, support, or service access.
- You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and user permissions.
- You must not misuse the service, disrupt systems, upload harmful content, or violate applicable law.
- You must ensure that data entered into ZoodoCRM is collected and used with proper authority.
Subscriptions And Payments
Commercial plans, pricing, renewal terms, implementation scope, and payment schedules may be defined in a separate proposal, invoice, or service agreement.
Customer Data
You retain ownership of business data submitted to ZoodoCRM. We use customer data to provide, secure, support, and improve the services according to our Privacy Policy and applicable agreements.
Third-Party Integrations (Google Business Profile & Meta)
ZoodoCRM provides integrations with third-party platforms, including Google Business Profile and Meta. By enabling these integrations, you grant ZoodoCRM permission to access and interact with your third-party accounts on your behalf.
- Account Authorization: You represent and warrant that you are the verified owner, manager, or authorized representative of the Google Business Profile account you connect.
- Compliance with Platform Rules: You agree to comply with Google's Business Profile Policies and Community Guidelines when replying to reviews or managing listings through ZoodoCRM. ZoodoCRM is not responsible for suspensions or restrictions imposed by third parties due to policy violations or inappropriate review replies.
- Termination of Access: You may revoke ZoodoCRM's access to your Google account at any time.
Intellectual Property
ZoodoCRM software, design, content, trademarks, and brand assets belong to ZoodoCRM or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse them except as allowed by written agreement.
Service Changes
We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as needed for security, performance, compliance, or business reasons.
